After three days of intense debates and two more days of internal work agenda in the Secretariat of Economic Development and Strategic Programs (SEDEPE), the International Symposium “The Potentialities of Maranhão in China’s New Belt and Road Initiative: Business and Development Opportunities for Brazil” was closed with direct results to the state’s interest in guaranteeing the definitive entrance in the global project.
One of the greatest authorities on the Chinese BRI (Belt and Road Initiative), the PhD professor, Paul Lee, from Zhejiang University (China), left recorded in a document strategic recommendations for the consolidation of the partnership with China.
