State Secretary for Planning with Grão-Pará Maranhão

State Secretary of Planning, Luis Fernando Silva, with the directors of Grão-Pará Maranhão, Paulo Salvador and Nuno Gustavo Martins, and journalist Lourival Bogéa, director of Jornal Pequeno, at the event on Wednesday, 26, at the Palácio dos Leões, where Governor Carlos Brandão announced several programs for the development of Maranhão.
