State Secretary of Planning, Luis Fernando Silva, with the directors of Grão-Pará Maranhão, Paulo Salvador and Nuno Gustavo Martins, and journalist Lourival Bogéa, director of Jornal Pequeno, at the event on Wednesday, 26, at the Palácio dos Leões, where Governor Carlos Brandão announced several programs for the development of Maranhão. Grão-Pará Maranhão, is responsible for the construction of the Alcântara Port Terminal (TPA), a bold project engaged in the programs announced by Brandão.
